Order cancellation policy

The transportation is considered ordered once the transportation agency has issued an order, which was confirmed by the orderer’s signature (and seal, if used). Cancellation of the ordered transportation earlier than 7 days prior to the start of transportation results in a fixed handling charge in the amount of 1000,-CZK + VAT = 1210,-CZK.

1. If order is cancelled 7 days – 72 hours prior to the ordered transportation time and date cancellation fee in amount of 20% of transportation costs is collected.
2. If order is cancelled 72 – 24 hours prior to the ordered transportation time and date cancellation fee in amount of 60% of transportation costs is collected.
3. If order is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the ordered transportation time and date cancellation fee in amount of 100% of transportation costs is collected.

Please note, that in case the price of transportation includes the cost of third-party services (e.g. driver's accommodation incl. breakfast), the cancellation of these services is governed by the cancellation policy of the third party and not the above stated cancellation policy of the transportation agency Prague Express s.r.o. Which means that in some cases the cost of the third-party services may be non-refundable irrespective of the cancellation time.
